Ordering Procedure
Turnaround Time
Our average turn around time is two weeks (this is not guaranteed). This is assuming your files are print ready and error free.
If you order a physical proof the turnaround is one week after we receive approval of your proof. Ordering a proof can delay the turnaround time by a few days.
If you need your order faster than two weeks we will do our best to accommodate you but the "rush" option must be selected and expedited shipping should be selected.
Proof Procedure
If customer denies physical proof option Greko is not responsible for reprints.
Rush orders (Under two week deadline) will not have enough time for physical proof, you will then receive a digital proof via email and waive physical proof option.
Ordering A Physical Proof
You can order a physical proof copy with your order by selecting "Hard copy Proof" in the product form. If you do order a proof, we'll ship 1 physical copy to you and wait for your approval before proceeding with the rest of the order. Keep in mind, this will add to the turn around time.
If the order is a rush (under two week deadline) then a digital proof will be emailed instead of a physical proof.
Physical proof turnaround time
If you order a physical proof the turnaround is one week after we receive approval of your proof. This can delay the ship date by a few days. Ordering a digital proof
If you would like only a digital proof with your order instead of a physical proof shipped, then you must request a digital proof on the order form, we do not email a digital proof unless it is requested by the customer.
*Note: Digital proofs are a low-res PDF proof and is used for proofing page order and cropping along with other aspects of the job except final color. Due to variations in monitors, what you see may vary slightly from the final printed piece. Printing tends to be darker than what you see on a monitor because your monitor has a light behind the image, please keep this in mind.
After Receiving Proof
When your proof ships, we will email you a tracking number and link to a simple e-form for you to fill out as soon as you review the proof. You'll also recieve an accompanying flyer that contains a QR code and the link to the approval jot form. As soon as you are ready to approve or request changes to your proof for production please complete this form.

Reordering Procedure
To reorder you will fill out the order form again just like you did on your first order. You will NOT need to provide files on the reorder since we keep files on hand for two years (if you have not ordered within the last two years you will then need to supply files). For reorders, when filling out the form you will see an option that says "exact reorder" if you select this option we will use the latest files we have on hand.
